Would you trust a person who avoids paying other small businesses for work completed?

As the designer of KJ's graphic requirements, I am disappointed that he has avoided paying for the service! I have asked if there is a valid reason for this, however I have received no reply for over 3 months. He has also not paid for his domain name and hosting. If you read his Facebook page he has also ripped off someone else. There are honest people out there who do what he does and may need the work. Do yourself a favour and consider using someone with more integrity!
